Recruiting Options

 

 

Choosing to utilize a recruiting service can be very instrumental in finding the ideal candidate for your company.  We constantly strive to meet and exceed the expectations our customers.  However many times companies need a variety of options depending on their individual staffing needs. 

 

Based on this we have come up with three different options for our customers.  We offer direct placement with a contingency fee, direct placement with a retainer and contract employees if our customer is utilizing the person for a project.  Below is a more detailed synopsis of each option, please contact us if you would like to learn more. 

 

Direct Placement Contingency Fee   

 

A majority of our customers utilize a contingency based fee for finding candidates. 

This process involves:

 

·         Finding the candidate

·         Interviewing and screening

·         Submitting resume along with a detailed synopsis of their background and applicable accomplishments

·         Coordinating and scheduling interview

·         Relaying feedback to candidates

·         Negotiating offer details. 

 

All recruiting costs with the exception of candidate travel are undertaken by B&C Consulting LLC. Our fee is calculated on the first year annual salary of the candidate ONLY, meaning no additional costs such as bonus, stock options or allowances and no cost to you if we don't find a suitable candidate.

 

 

 

Direct Placement Retainer Fee

 

 

For customers who have an urgent need and need dedicated resources for a specific timeline we offer a retainer based fee for finding direct employment candidates. 

This process involves:

 

·         On site visit to meet with all hiring personnel to discuss timelines, key competencies and gain thorough understanding of environment and expectations.

·         Schedule weekly meeting time to discuss search progress and address any changes made to search.  ( Frequency of meeting can be adjusted based on clients request)

·         Finding  candidate

·         Interviewing and screening

·         Submitting resume along with a detailed synopsis of their background and applicable accomplishments

·         Coordinating and scheduling interview

·         Relaying feedback to candidates

·         Negotiating offer details. 

 

All recruiting costs with the exception of candidate travel are undertaken by B&C Consulting LLC. B&C Consulting provides dedicated resources, to comply with agreed upon timeline for retained search.  Our fee is based on one-third of the service fee when we begin the search with the remainder due only upon successful completion.

Our service fee is calculated at one-third of the midpoint of the position’s mutually agreed-upon salary range. Since our fees are agreed to in advance, regardless of the candidate’s ultimate salary, there is no incentive for us to recommend those with higher salaries

 

 

Contract Placement

 

For customers who have a project oriented need for personnel, we offer contract employment.  This process involves

 

·         Finding  candidates

·         Interviewing and screening

·         Submitting resume along with a detailed synopsis of their background and applicable accomplishments

·         Coordinating and scheduling interview

·         Relaying feedback to candidates

·         Undertaking all responsibilities for employee if customer decides they would like to use them.  This includes payroll, insurance options, all contact in regard to employment status.

·         The option of hiring the person if customer decides they would like to hire contractor as permanent employee.
